Advice Process

We are Independent Financial Advisers, as such we are free to advise on financial products available from all product providers. We use advanced computer software to research, compare and choose the most suitable deals currently available. This means we are able to make arrangements to maximize the benefits to our clients.

Initial Meeting

All new clients are invited to an initial meeting at which the services we offer will be explained fully.

The purpose of this first meeting is to determine if we are the right people to advise you, whether our service would be of benefit to you and the costs involved. This initial meeting is offered to you without any charge to you or any obligation on your part.

If you decide that you would like to proceed with us, then a further meeting will be arranged to discuss your requirements in detail. We will then research the market on your behalf and present our recommendations in writing.

The Review Service

We offer a range of optional review services. Each offers a different level of service at a different cost so that you can choose the one which suits you best.

Costs of our Services and Client Agreement.

These are set out in our "Client Agreement" document which is discussed during the initial meeting.

You can choose to receive professional advice regarding your existing financial arrangements to ensure they remain suitable for your requirements. In almost all cases we are able to make arrangements which clients would be unable to make for themselves. All our proposals will be fully explained and costed so that you'll know the exact reasons for our recommendations before you agree to anything.
